I have never heard of MUM, but I can tell you that if you get a tuition award, a fellowship or an assistantship from a reputable university your tuition cost will be lower or non-existant. These types of student aid are mostly available for outstanding graduate students. If you are looking to do another undergraduate degree, then research Berea College in Kentucky - this is a university that offers outstanding international students free tuition in exchange for community work.

I attend Indiana University Southeast (www.ius.edu) We have a programs that allows for you to get a Purdue University degree while there. You might want to look into their programs first and compare. I know our tuition is like 2500- Thinking maybe you can use someone elses address for a while and see if that works- Hit me up though- Speaking of IT- have you tried any schools in India and Hong Kong- They have really good universities- I would do a search and compare- Hope this helps!

With no scholarship and/or grant, you won't find one for Electrical Engineering (4 years colleges) accept $5,000 for whole year, but maybe a semester without room and meal.

probably you can work for some restaurants, or school workshop but company which grants to pay for you is NO. You're an international student; therefore, there will be very difficult (if not impossible) to find a company hire you.

Most companies will hire you if you're a president or citizenship who have at least 3.5 G.P.A after one or two semesters of freshman (like Nasa, or Boeing). I remember Nasa requires citizenship and about 3.7 of G.P.A.
