If you have to ask- your having too much. The ice cream cones are ok- petty much low fat etc. but everything else maybe too much sugar in your system.

you should go to the doctor cause it could be something else besides mcdonald high fat, cal, and sodium rich foods.

I suggest trying some fruit for a snack and a whole grain cereal for breakfast. maybe a simple change in your diet may help- your body needs certain vitaims and minerals to break down food and you may not be getting it with the foods you are eating which may cause they stomach pain-

Keep going like that dear heart and you will end up with a digestive problem and overweight. I understand it is very tempting and yummy but those things in excessive quantities are not very good for your health ( a lot of sugar is not good too.) I have the same problem since I stopped smoking... Eat, eat, eat!...LOL. I'm much older than you are, so you should be more careful about that because it is much easier to put weight than loose it. Believe me!

Good luck in controling your appetite

I wouldn't touch MacDonald's with a ten foot pole. Or KFC for that matter. The food is laden with additives and the drinks are pure sugar. Try eating healthily for a week and avoid all that muck and see the difference. Eat fruit and fresh vegetables, cereals before school and toast. Drink lots of milk, fruit juice and water. If the pains continue see a doctor.

Rent the documentary by Morgan Spurlock named 'SuperSize Me'. He had all his medical tests done before eating nothing but McD's for a month. At the end, his liver, cholesterol, etc. were absolutely horrible and he had gained so much weight. After you watch it, you'll think twice about fast food in general. It's worth the time to watch it. Very well put together.

You seriously need parental nutrition intervention. Let's see---pain in your stomach and a propensity to eat McDonalds? Well, time to research the seven basic food groups and take a vacation from the junk food (good as it may be) to do something kind for your insides!!!

I would reccomend to stay from McDonalds as much as you can. It is bad for you, it will make you gain wieght, have cholesterol, blood pressure and you dont need that when you are 15 years old, eat healthy and play sports at school

Rent the movie about McDonalds, called Supersize me. If that doesn't make you stop or at least slow down on McDonalds, nothing will.
