I used to work the night shift, we called it the graveyard shift. Any way when I first started I was very sleepy, but then I got used to it.

yes, drinking water can have the same effect. Makes you want to go to the toilet unfortunately. But it takes some getting used to.

yes - need to avoid caffine and stimulant as these become a dependency - drink water - remember your body thinks it should be asleep
