I read, a few years ago, that 1000 tons of spuds delivered to Golden Wonder for their crisps, once prepared, finished up as 200 tons for frying. Do the math. a 25g bag of crisps would require 125g of potatoes from the farm. So roughly, one bag of crisps = a quarter pound of fresh potatoes.

It depends on the size of the bag of crisps you want to make and of course the size of the potato.

Don't know where you get your crisps but I be wakers use lots of pototes to make them. Ever heard of SPELLCHECK
