I love the water so I'm well aware to take care of myself to enjoy it more.

I always used to hop up and land hard on my heels. For some reason or other any water in my ears immediately trickled out. Worked every time. It does not need to be a big hop, just enough to come down sharply on your heels with your knees locked and the impact caused the water to run out. You can do both ears at once this way.

Mix rubbing alchohol and vinegar together and use an eyedropper to put a few drops of it into the ear with water in it. After you put the drops in, keep your head to the side for a few seconds until you feel it go in all the way. Then put a cotton ball in your ear and just let it sit like that for about 15 minutes. When you take the cotton out and you still feel water in your ear, just repeat the process until it goes away. Good luck :)

This is gonna sound stupid, but it works for me after every swimming practice. Hop up and down on the side of the ear (If the left ear has water, hop on your left foot) and bend your head down. Occasionally tap your ear. Do that for a couple minutes, and the water should be out.

Put a couple of drops of rubbing alcohol in your ears ..it will be cold.. and let it there for about 10-20 seconds and if the water has come out it will be warm

This is going to sound crazy, but it works...really!
Tilt your head in the direction of the ear that has the water, then jump up and down on the opposite foot. I don't know why it works, but it does. I've tried it a number of times, and I've never been let down. Good luck.

well theres the classic way where u bend over where the ear in the water is and tap on the opposite ear. but, since i get swimmers ear so much, my doctor suggested puttin lil bit of alcholhol in ur ear after each practice. its quick, only one drop, it takes bout 2 seconds. ask ur doctor, or pharmacy for a bottle. its cheap and convinent. i use it all the time and i luv it.

I'm not sure if this works to get water out but i have used it for an earache....lay on your side, have someone pour a capful of hydrogen peroxide (3%) in your ear and lay there for about 5 minutes (repeat on other side), it will bubble and sound funny but it has worked.....

when you have water in your ear, what ever ear the water is in, kick the opposite leg. This usually works for me. I love swimming!!

buy swim-ear at your local wal-mart. put it in your ears after swim practice. just follow what the instructions say. i get swimmers' ear very easily and once i started using this stuff, it went away. there are a couple of things that create swimmers ear, 1-water trapped in your ear(yours), 2-lack of ear wax, yes, ear wax. DON'T USE Q-TIPS IN YOUR EARS!!!
