I was told that it does contain spironolactone( diuretic with anti androgen activities used to lower androgen level for polycystic ovary syndrome patients)
but I checked the instrcutions and did not found it in the composition!!
and if its found than what is its dose ? is it 25 mg? per tablet and is it enough for polycystic ovary syndrome patients to relieve androgen level or should I ask my doctor for seperate Spironolactone?

no it doesnt,you are meant to have regular blood tests when taking spironolactone,Here in the uk it is licencesed for heart failure ,and emphysema,
