how to work out the size of the tyre;
215=width
70/75=height of sidewall
15=wheel diameter
providing the tyres are the same size on each axle then there is no problem, it does not really matter if they have a slightly higher sidewall

I would change out two of them so all four are the same size. While the 70 series tire is wider than the 75 series it is also lower than the 75 series.

I heard something that if u have bigger tires on the back your car will go faster but you wont know how fast u are going on your speedometer.

Your vehicle won't track very well and will be harder to handle. Braking won't be as good. People will laugh at you.
