For many years the occasional dreams I remembered appeared to be either unintelligible nonsense or exhaustive dramas about frustrating work scenarios. I would wake up in a panic, relieved it was just a dream. But one December night over twenty years ago, everything changed. I dreamt that I was looking through a tiny window in a massive, ornate door, intently curious to see what was in a mysterious room. I was startled to see a huge single eye looking back at me intently. That winter night I began a remarkable journey that forever changed my life, an adventure that continues to this day.

my dreams are always really vivid, and i can remember all the details, but i had a bizarre one where i was being chased along the park by sharks, and when i got in my house they started swimming under the carpets, then the whole house filled with water so i went upstairs and it was all iced over and there were 2 giant polar bears sitting on the landing so i had to jump out the window, and was running along the road in the pouring rain and every where i turned there were dead or dying bodies all around me, some hanging from trees, some mangled and cut up, others were like zombies and i was just running with nowhere to go. it was quite odd

Hehe - This is MY type of question!!

Until last night, my wierdest one was finding Superman flying around my spare room dripping blood after being beheaded.

But last night I dreamt that my cat jumped off a chair and stepped on a shotgun and (somehow) managed to shoot herself in the head. I started crying, then I realised she was still alive, so I called the vet. He siad that it was touch and go, but she may survive as the bullet hadn't hit any vital parts. She was Ok for a while, then she started throwing up, so the vet came again, and all of a sudden, the cat threw up the bullet, and suddenly started easting - and was fine!!!

My bf says I spent all of last night grinding my teeth and muttering in my sleep!! I can always remember my dreams, they are odd!

I have a lot of weird dreams. One that comes to mind that was scary is....I got on a school bus, everyone was quiet and the driver was different. When we arrived at the location there were army personnel (in uniforms not camouflage). It turned out we were being taken to concentration camps. I HATED that dream.

I walked into Heathrow with my Kalshnikov over my shoulder and parachute strapped to my back and was waived straight through all the security checks and on to the plane, I casually mentioned to a stewardess that it would be nice to get going and immeadiately, the doors slammed shut and the plane set off across the grass scheeched through 90 degrees and took off. as we flew over Egham I kissed my wife and children, goodby, said enjoy your holiday and jumped out parachuting into my back garden, and got ready for work knowing that against all the odds my family had beaten the Easyjet system and arrived 2 minutes late at check in yet still flown, only in your dreams mind.

I was in a dressing room, back stage in a theatre and I shot myself in the head. I know, in your dreams your not supposed to be able to die, but I nearly did. White light, feeling my breath stopping and then I woke up.

That was maybe two years ago and I have never quite got over it - it was very real and really scary.

Thankfully mostly my subconscious just re-runs my day in a more interesting way in my dreams!

I had a dream that Abraham Lincoln was going to kill me. I ran into a Walmart after closing hours to hide from him. He had on that top hat that he wears sometimes in old pictures. I was hiding in an isle and all I could see what the top of his hat moving from isle to isle trying to find me. Very bizarre, and I've had this dream more than once.

I get chased by a lion and I am running so fast that I fall off a cliff and as I'm falling the lion is standing at the edge of the cliff with a great big smile on his face.

I have had some very strange dreams but the oddest one was this....

I was in the National Guard, (dreamed this in color) and our unit was sent to guard a Wal-Mart that was on fire. I could see myself dressed in fatigues carrying a gun and marching with all the others.

Come to find out, my grand daughter had set the place on fire!!!!!
