Swim bladder disorder is caused by the swim bladder not developing properly, or by it becoming damaged from overfeeding. The pea suggestion is great, if your fish is constipated. You stop feeding your fish for two days, and then feed it the inside of a cooked pea for fiber to clean out its system. However, swim bladder disorder is a completely different situation than constipation. The first thing you can do is look up SBD online to determine 100% if this is what your fish has. Don't just start throwing meds in the water! This is not fungal in nature at all! The only way to try to treat your fish if it has a confirmed case of SBD is to cut way back on the feeding for days, possibly weeks. (Still feed your fish, just less frequently and in smaller amounts.) Some fish never do recover from this condition. If your fish is having a hard time surfacing for air or coming up to eat, I would suggest putting it in a shallower tank, bowl, etc. As long as it is able to eat and breathe, it can actually live a decent life with some adjustments. However, being a fish breeder, I have seen some cases where SBD becomes so debilitating for a fish that the kindest thing to do is euthanasia.
As far as your question, I'm not sure what you mean by "floats". Is this something you wanted to make to get your fish closer to the surface to reduce strain? If you have your fish in a large tank and don't want to move it out, you could try using one of those "net breeders" that hang on the side of the tank (provided your fish isn't too big for one of those). Other than that, I would just suggest shallower water in a smaller tank or bowl, clean water, and feeding the fish less. You may even want to try switching to a better or different food to see if that helps. Good luck.

I am not sure what you are asking, however out of my experience 95% of the time when Goldfish are diagnosed as having swim bladder disorder it actually is a digestion issue and can be fixed by medicating with fungus guard, and feeding a good quality spurulina flake/pellet. Actually Omega one makes a Kelp Pellet and flake which is great.
