Certain parts of your body is pulled down by gravity, which is noticable, for the face use face creams NOW moisturize, and start putting on the anti ageing creams/lotions, especially under the chin and eyes, other parts of the body, also will need some of the above. Periods may start to longer/shorter, especially after 40, excercise and eat healthy foods, take notice now, not when it is getting the point when others notice. Drink water, and if u can go to the gym excercise helps too, main thing is a balanced diet helps your inside and outside.

Well, I am 50 and have not seen much change in my body. Some parts obviously drop, A bit fatter especially around the waist. Periods either get heavier or lighter and eventually cease. But just take it as it comes. Actually I feel a lot more confident than when I was 20 or 30 and really can't be bothered with what other people or say. It is my life and i enjoy as I want to and too bad if other don't like it!!!!
Every age has something good to offer. Just look for it and make the best of it.

I'm 41 now. I used to be very energetic before 30.
Like, I don't feel tired after a day's work and can do more house work when I get home. Now I do lesser.
Got tired easily as years goes by. Put on weights. Poorer eye sight. But, still working about 18 to 20 hours on the computer everyday. My time had past. You can do regular excercise and workout a little to keep fit and firm up your body.

if you haven't had kids yet, that's when the real body changes will hit, unless you are very careful when you are pregnant - you should be exercising daily and watching what you eat - when i was in my 30's i was still wearing jeans that i had in high school, but then i had kids and wasn't really careful, so spent my mid 30's & 40's learning how to exercise and eat right - also smoking will start aging you in your 40's, too much sun, not enough sleep, too much drinking - also menopause will change your body the most drastically in your 40's - the key is to start developing good habits now, while you are young & the aging process will be kind to you.

I have a LOT of stress, like a lot of moms, I started to see a change right after I turned 30. I started seeing a lot of gray hair and even in my eyebrows. I am getting a lot of worry lines too. Alot of it has to do with stress.

Hmmm, am I the only one over 30 whose body is looking better than ever? My boobs are a bit softer, but then they did feed a child for a year ;-) But they're still perky so I'm happy :-)

well I think the change is very slow. I am in my late thirties and still look younger than some girls at work in their late twenties. So nothing to worry about! Mind you I hated my 30th birthday

As you age the elasticity in your skin will begin to decrease and your skin will start to sag. wow thats gross! but anyway, also as you age your metabolism will slow and you will not be able to burn calories as fast which calls for more excersising. sounds fun doesnt it?! on anouther note the site below should describe more. hope i could help.
