IQ and EQ. IQ is important for you to pass college but after you pass college and you start working, EQ is more important to get along with everybody.

IQ is Intelligence Quotient and measures raw intelligence and information processing.
EQ is Emotional Quotient and measures emotional well-being and empathy.
Both are important. Still, I lean towards IQ as being more important because an intelligent person can "learn" to be a more emotionally balanced person. A high EQ doesn't mean the person is going to learn information any better. You can't raise your raw intelligence.

IQ: Intelligence quotient
EQ: Emotional Intelligence Quotient
People will tell you whatever they personally have a higher score in as being more important.
But EQ can be learned AFAIK, whereas IQ cannot be learnt AFAIK
