It is every Fiipinos dream to migrate abroad. However, I had experienced living in the US x 6 months. There is really no place like home.

In the Philippines, we have only 2 weather, it is either dry or summer and the rainy season.

The means of transportation is just within reach. Meaning even if you are a tourist, means of transportation is easy especially in most areas.

There are jeepneys, buses , MRT and the LRT, which are the railway transits. However, you have to be prepared for the traffics. However, this had already improved through the years. Before there was no coastal road, today we have the coastal roads. There are places like Las Pinas, in which flyover was constructed which helped congest the traffic and overpass for the use of the pedestrians.

We dont have a perfect country, but I had talked to many foreigners and they really love it here. Most Europeans love the sun!

The average Filipino family can hire maids and drivers! Unlike in the USA, after working hard from work, you still have to work hard at home.

Cost of living here is more cheaper compared to other countries.

We have 7,100 islands and the Philippines is a nice area to explore. Boracay and Palawan are famous to foreigners. We have SM Department stores everywhere, nicer than the malls in the US. In fact the SM Mall of Asia, is larger than the Mall of America which is the largest in the US. We have many places to be proud of. Ilocos particulary Pagudpud has nice beaches! Vigan is where you can see old houses. Tagaytay and Baguio are places to go when you feel that Manila is too hot.

Food is everywhere! We have McDonalds, Pizza Hut, KFC, Wendy's, Popeye like what US have. We even have the local counterpart of McDonalds which is Jollibee.
