They eat quite normally. Food goes down the oesophagus as usual. The muscles in the oesophagus are stronger than the lack of gravity.

I'll bet that you have a stricture in your esophagus. Go to a liquid diet as much a possible and make an appointment with your doctor today. This isn't quite an emergency, but you really need to be seen in the next couple of days.

Food is served in tubes, like toothpaste.

You digest food just fine while you're sleeping. Kids experiment in science class by drinking water while they're standing on their head.

The esophagus has muscles that compress in wavey patterns, causing food to go down, That's why people can swallow food, and "drown of water" when they are upside down. The esophagus itself is lined with mucus that allows food to go down.
