Well that depeneds on what my motives are.
It could be that I wanted 9/11 to happen happen, so that I would be able to make war on two or three countries, help a friend to get rid of some obselete buildings, make a fortune on the stock exchange, make American citizens terrified so that they would give away their rights and make me even more powerful, let me test out some new missiles, get rid of some crucial papers that would incriminate me, check out a new thermonuclear device for building destruction, and a few other odds and sods.
Or alternatively, I might decide that it was best to pretend that I didn't know so that I could protect my treasonous associates.
Of course, if I didn't want it to happen, I would have stopped it, and imprisoned all my treasonous friends who had planned it.

The US Government DID know - just as they knew the levee was gonna break in New Orleans, if the most powerful people in America didn't manage to do anything about it what chance has a mere citizen got?

Not a lot.
I mean think about it - what difference would I - a teenage girl at the time - from Spain, and not even American - have made???
I can't even evacuate my own bathroom in the mornings, let alone the Twin Towers!!
Sad but true, nobody would have listened to a word I had to say, and I couldn't have made a difference on my own!

George Bush & company knew about it years before & did nothing.
I'd at least post memos at all of the news agencies.

and though this may sound horrible, ill set up cameras from all angles, zoomed in and out, to get all the action so that i can shove it in georgie's face...

I would call the FBI and tell them over and over again to make sure that that building is evacuated just prior that day.
