Really it is a big problem to choose from various methods. But every method has demerits. These are the methods.

1) Using condom:- The disadvantage of this is some men dont
like it. And moreover this is advisable for those
having sex rarely or once/twice a week. But if
U do it everyday u cant use it as u will get
frustrated

2)Using pills:- 99.9% no side effects will be there. and u will enjoy
ur sex. But u have to discontinue after 1-1.5years.
morethan that u will get side effects.

3)Loop:- A small strip is inserted into vagina. U need not take
tablets/condomes everyday. But for some women get
excess bleeding and their body doesnot support this.
(Ofcourse then it can be removed)

4) By dates:- After mensus 10th day to 20th day u have to take
care(should use condoms) remaining days u can
have sex freely. But it is not 100% safe. 5% cases
they will get pregnacy.but it is 100% no side effects.

Again it depends on what is ur importance. If u dont want a child under any circumstances go for pills(for 1-2years only) or loop. If u think that 95% u dont want a child then u go for 4th option.

contraceptive pills are basically pills that alter hormonal balances leading to pregnancy free life. but they also lead to hormonal imbalances which may have drawn-out side-effects when taken over a long period of time. therefore, its best to alternate pills with manual processes like condoms, and vaginal contraceptives, or other physical methods of contraceptives. rhythm method is not safe, as miscalculation often leads to pregnancy. a gynae would be much more helpful. all the best!!

i imagine that in theory, it really is an extremely good theory. even as a lady receives pregnant even as on the pill, she receives a lot grief for it, yet believe me, it does take position. a minimum of if a lady were given pregnant even as the guy became taking the pill, she does not get the blame. yet........... you've were given to take it some hours till now you've sex. not everyone plans it! often times it in basic terms takes position. and prefer you're saying, it doesn't preserve adverse to STI's. possibly if it became more effective of a lengthy time period component, like the female injection which lasts for 3 months, it could be good for persons in a relationship that do not want young children at that present second.

If you are using good pills then they dont have side effects. In the starting you may feel like loose motion and other symptoms but they are not side effects. Consult a good doctor before you start taking pills

They have many, many side effects, which women need to inform themselves about before going on - and before staying on a prolonged amount of time. Can affect you at the time you are taking them and, once you stop, into the future - re: fertility, cancer, etc.
