i have never and hopefully will never...but i had a broken heart when vandetta was talking his trash but at least you belived me....

Seems like I've broken many... left ankle 4 times, 5 times for the right ankle, wrist, hip, foot... fingers, toes...
looks like I'm accident prone. starting in the 4th grade, every other year or so. (Used to keep crutches in my car trunk, never knowing when I'd need them in a hurry.)
Dealing with the pain is something you learn to live with. Keeping the broken part elevated, trying not to go nuts when the body part under the cast is itchy and all you can do is get a coat hanger under the cast and hope to relieve the itch. Worrying that the doctor will cut through the cast into your flash when it's time to remove the cast.
It's not fun, and I don't wish it upon anyone.

I've been accident prone since I was a kid. I've fractured my skull in 3 places, broken ankle 3 times, broken fingers too many times to count, broken ribs, dislocated jaw, broken 2 toes, crushed knee cap.
My husband has broken his back, he was bloody luck he was still able to walk, had to spend 6 weeks flat on his back in hospital followed by full body brace and rehab.....

not me but, when my bf was ten he broke his wrist bad. Both bones were broken so the only thing holding his hand to his arm was his skin and muscle (you get the idea). He is still grossed out today if you bend your hand back. He is no wuss either, but he said it was one of the most disgusting things he ever saw!

I crushed 3 of my toes once. It was really bad for ages & I had to be a barefoot hippy for a while. I felt icky when I felt the thing that dropped on them hit the floorboards with only my skin keeping them from touching - I did vom.

Broke my finger as a kid--it throbbed a few days, but didn't slow me down much

Broke my finger once cause of a fight,didn't feel anything at that point.
