My father left me his stamp collection. In this collection he has 6 stamps of The First Man On The Moon. Picture of Neil Armstrong is on the stamp. Neil Armstrong also singned one of the stamps on the back with blue ink. The stamps are .10 cent stamps. Is his signuture of value on these.

The stamps themselves are very common and sell for face value. If the signature is genuine, however, that would add a lot to the value. It's always possible that someone just wrote the name on the stamp to identify who it is, since Armstrong's name is not on the stamp.

You need to reseach what Armstrong's signature looks like. A possibilty is that the signature is genuine but done with an Autopen (worth much less than hand signed), so you really need some expert advice. Hand signed is very good and should be worth quite a bit.
