Usually a King or Queen. Pennies are/were used in Great Britain and some of the British Commonwealth of Nations. In the United States we have cents and it takes 100 to make a dollar. The list by Shellbugg looks okay to me. One other little tid bit of information, cents have been made every year but one and that was 1815.
