Come on! There are many gay men in every country!
But Spain has quite a liberal attitude so there are more open gay men and less in the closet.

Its somewhat a liberal country, with resemblances to california and Florida, they are easyer to spot but it doesn't mean there are more than in lets say Germany or even Turkey. Strange enough, a catholic country like Italia has a considerably large gay community....

There's lots of gay men all over. Of course, the Spanish may "expand their horizons" more often than most.
