the last time i saw my cousin was at someone elases wedding. My cousin is 31 and is 1 of only two cousins. I miss her but she never seems to have time to speak to me but just texts me on odd occations. I dont even know where she lives. Now she is in need of help and is affraid to ask anyone . I want to help but i dont want as well. You understand? I miss her so much and dont know what to do. :-(

It sounds like you certainly care for your cousin and perhaps there was a time when you were very close.
Family is family and you should always help where you can. Given you don't know where she lives, but obviously have her number, perhaps you should send her a text message saying you are aware she is in trouble and you would like to offer your support and assistance.
If she answers you then you should give her that assistance and support because you obviously still feel that family bond quite strongly.
If she doesn't then you should move on because you have indicated that she does just text you on odd occasions and perhaps she isn't interested in cultivating the relationship as much as you are.
Give it a go - family should always be there to support you in times of trouble and obviously you feel she is in trouble so reach out and see what happens.
