fear probably, but it's time for everyone to take responsibility for their own actions. Many things that are construed as racial are in fact haves vs. have nots. Whites in poor neighborhoods are subject to many of the same discriminations.

Anyone that is different is more aware of who they are. I wouldn't be so quick to think that different races continue to blame white people for, as you say, "their failures and shortcomings". I do though think that certain races, religions, sexes and orientations know what the past has taught us and have the strong standing to make it known, "Not Me, Not This Day And Age". I'm sure there are some of every kind that would jump at the chance to blame someone, and white people do make a good target as they have done some pretty nasty stuff to folks in the past--not to say that's true of every white person to date. But are they actually "more peaceful"? Maybe. Maybe not. Is the white person comfortable around the Native American? Or does he think about the past? Is there uncomfortable silence between the white man and black man because of history? In a perfect world with intelligent people, the past would be recognized but not dwelled upon. We would have learned from past mistakes and everyone would be equal. There would be no ill will toward someone on their way up because everyone will have their chance to get there too.

Lets see, the Jew's have been beaten, tortured, killed, and blackballed, insulted and threatened now for over 2000 years. Thats bound to make anyone angry given time.
Blacks have heartburn with slavery and all thats implied.
As such since they don't want to work in "Whiteys culture" thats why they listen to rap, have a hard time figuring out which way a baseball cap is supposed to point the bill, and wear pants that has the crotch at the knees with their underwear showing.
Would I hire this person? No way

I agree with Larry_the orc. I am white, and I feel for the others. If you have to pick a race to describe as being the cruelest, it would have to be Old Germans. How can a nation, especially with Catholic background, allow each other to think they were superior of all other race.... Idiots!
