wresting is an very well choreographed sport, a lot of the moves are rehearsed over and over to prevent serious enjury. But yet they do get seriously injured through the course of the years. Your body can only take so many bumps and bangs regardless of how well you practice, how much the ring gives with each drop. It does take a toll on your body. Them guys do this 300 days a year. Theyre only of season is when you injured seriously or your fired. When you look at what they do 4-5 days a week, city to city, state to state, and global travel it is a real as it gets. I have tremendous respect for them guys. You dont hear them crying about a multi million dollar signing bonus, my 20 mill a year for 5 years or oh my pinky finger hurts. Them guys get out there and perform and give you the best possible show you get for your dollar. If you ever been to a live event they say thank you before and after the show to show their appreciation for coming out. But sit back enjoy the show for what it is. Its sports ENTERTAINMENT.

Everyone has a different definition of "fake". By the legal definition, it is not fake. It is pre-determined, yes, and they are characters, yes, but it ends there. They call out in the match to say what move they're gonna do, so that the other can brace themselves. But they really hit each other, they really get hurt, and they really are athletes.

Why does everyone care, anyway? Reality doesn't exist anymore. Reality TV? Mostly fake. Movies? Fake. Biographies? Sometimes fake. Autobiographies? Normally written by others. What IS reality? With all this technology, there is no reality. But going by what reality is, yes. WWE is real.

Trust me on this, my brother is a wrestler and my mom has a lot of wrestler friends.

The wrestling is real, What they say and how they act are all fake. Nobody can say that the wrestling is fake because if it were then all of High School wrestling etc would be fake as well and a lot of the moves that they do in the WWE are just that High School wrestling moves.

It is all scripted, the wrestlers run through the match before hand backstage. The punches arnt real, but the sport is VERY VERY VERY painful. Aspects of WWE is real, like at wrestlemania when Edge and Mick Foley went through a burning table, or when Edge was dropped onto thumbtacks, or when both of them were hit in the face with barbed wirre... that hurts really badlt! The moves still hurt, but they are carefully practised.

It is ALL fake....I went to a "Wrestling" school in Columbia SC. Think about it....Your in a Tag-Team match....One of your opponents twists your arm and then his Partner, who say weighs anywhere from 100-700 lbs, jumps off the top turnbuckle and lands on the back of your elbow(the elbow DOES NOT bend that way). But after you rub it for 2 or 3 seconds, Your elbow is perfectly Normal....PLEASE.....GIVE ME A BREAK.....Of course Accidents do happen, and people do get hurt....but if a rare occurrence.
