Write the situation down as a Script for the next Royal family season? Seriously just continue being a friend. Don't tell her what to do and don't give advice. Just be there. Assist with what you feel comfortable with and avoid becoming another party in the problem. I really suggest it is just too dangerous for you to step in and start trying to change things. If shes unhappy she needs to make up her own mind and then act, your friendship is ideal for assisting her.
