The UK is in one timezone... and that's Greenwich Mean Time (GMT). Other time zones are always defined as plus or minus (usually in one hour increments but not always) GMT.
For example, New York is minus 5 hours GMT... Newfoundland minus 3 and a half!
Since the UK uses Daylight Savings Time, you should be able to work out the current time for yourself... otherwise, go here
