Yes, in fact that's all I will be wearing.
Actually I have an antique apron from the 1940's made of sheer white fabric trimmed in lace with a small pink rose on the pocket. It's not a full apron, more of a skirt-type apron.

I'm not cooking this year but I was thinking about making my daughter an apron out of new towels. I thought she might like to have a pretty apron on when her guests arrive. I'll probably just make it a tie around the waist apron.

Fortunately I will not be cooking Thanksgiving dinner. I don't cook well. I usually get asked for rolls or drinks. Sometimes deviled eggs. However, no one in my family wears an apron when cooking dinners.

I just wear my old "lab jacket" (a long-tailed, white lab coat), from university days, long ago.

It has chemical burns and nitric acid brown patches, in the front: perfect for when I stumble on my carpet runner, carrying a huge serving bowl full of Thanksgiving chili.

Well, who said everybody eats nothing but turkey and potatoes, anyway?

So, my lab-coat apron will do "double duty" AGAIN, for the holidays, this season.
(I sometimes even put on my wrap-around lab glasses, too: in case of a Valdez hot-oil spill....or splatter...right there in the kitchen!)

Caint be too kerrful: food is a dangerous thaang
(Know what I mean?)
