No, make sure you use a tampon or pad, you just never know, and you don't want to end up embarrassed.

Try having a tampon, they are easy to insert and u wont be able to see the pad.. Goodluck

Just slap a pad into your panties and run, if you secure the pad properly into your panties and pull them tight against your body then the pad is not going to bounce around, I've been wearing pads ever since I've started getting my periods and I am now 43 yrs. old and I've done a lot of sports while wearing a pad.

Just because it normally stops after a certain amount of days, doesn't necessarily mean it will every time. What if you are stressed about this run? What if you have had something emotional happen recently? There just never is a sure way of knowing. I would stay protected.

Better to be safe. Use a light pad.

hi. i do understand that thsi question was only for girls eyes... however i would like to put forth my suggestion as i am a gync. i would suggest u to use padding as there is still a possiblity for the bleeding to go on . it also depends on your hormonal levels and your stress level in your body . God bless.... bye.
