The worst misery is that you cause yourself. As if, you could have saved your mother from death, but you made some minor but critical mistake and just did not get to her house, and she came to your house. Or something. The wringing of the heart when your wife dies BECAUSE OF YOU! Now, you would rather die than got through this misery.

The worst kind of misery is probably not being able to die. Just imagine if you were hit by a lorry and your brain is scattered all over the place and you are felling an inbearable pain...Just lying there suffering.

The greatest cause of suffering in this world is the disillusion that one experiences when he is not true to himself-Not knowing the the true nature of his reality. Example-not wanting to face the fact that you're in love with someone who'll never love you the same way, and staying anyway...
