Hi

No not at all!

Actually Both Dogs and Cats see color. They both have rods and cones in the eye just a different balance than we have.

Nobody is certain how well cats and dogs see color or f there are certain colors they can not see.

It is known that it seems to have some variance between each animal just as human eye sight varies a bit...

Also that they lose much of the color perception the darker it is,..so at night a cat can not see color well at all...

In full light or sun both cats and dogs can see colors.
Again its unknown for both animals to what extents or sharpness but they do see color.

It is very common for pets to have a favorite color as well...

Hope this helps

Actually, dogs see in color though they see a little differently in the shade. For example, they might see Bright red as light pink. Sight is not the most important sense for dogs though. They depend on their smell.

To all those people that said dogs are colorblind, do your research!

dogs are purple and eco-friendly coloration blind, they do look waiting to confirm lazer policies nevertheless (in all risk as a grey dot, no longer a purple one) i think of a few in simple terms are not fascinated in it. I even have 2 dogs, if I shine a lazer pointer around one he in simple terms ignores it like he can not even see it, by way of fact of him i quite concept before everything that dogs could no longer see the lazer pointer. I have been given a chihuahua final year, he will flow loopy chasing after a lazer pointer. in simple terms be careful to no longer shine it of their eyes.
