since a few months ago whenever i try to access my bill online i just get the message

EBPP_1005: Your session has expired.

Re-enter "My Bill"

although my girlfriends on the same tariff and can get into hers fine. Anyone else had the same problem?

I would try your one of your 'girlfriends' computers, for some reason when i try to buy things on the net it sometimes comes up with that message. Yer try one of thiers and see what happens-but in my opinion O2 are **** any way, but good luck ~

Thats odd, as they have got the payment so dont see why a bar has been placed. Go into a o2 shop if you cant hold of them on phone - see if they can sort it out
