Jim'll Fix It is making a comeback after 12 years, it has been announced.
Sir Jimmy Savile is to return with a new series on UKTV Gold.
The show originally ran on the BBC from 1975 to 1994.
The new version, Jim'll Fix It: Now and Then will again make children's wishes come true.
But it will also have an extra element - the show will revisit people who wrote in to the programme all those years ago but were not chosen to appear
Sir Jimmy will fix their original wishes, so viewers now in their 30s and 40s could find themselves meeting their childhood idols.
The six-part show will also feature a series of guest presenters

Sir Jimmy Savile is 80, and he's coming returned on UKTV next year to do a one-off prepare on what teenagers who known on the unique "Jim'll restoration It" are doing now, and that i think to confirm in the event that they're embarrassed approximately what they asked for while they have been teenagers. (UKTV have achieved an analogous sequence referred to as "Wogan: Then and Now" the place Terry Wogan has re-interviewed a number of the travelers who known on his 80's BBC1 chat prepare).

Yes it is coming back and Jimmy Saville will be hosting it, he is now apparently 80.

The show is going to be put together using new material (todays kids asking for things), plus highlights from yesteryear.

Its coming back March 2007 and I hope they also use the exact same theme tune.

Really?! How on earth will they be able to afford it? Kids these days won't be content for Jim to fix the kind of stuff he did originally. Also kids today don't seem to be as gullible as they were back then - there'll be no fooling them, that's for sure!

I heard that too - I hope not Sir Jimmy has passed his sell by date and this show could not exist on the same format.

Maybe Jimmy Carr will be presenting it!
