What are the distinguishing features of the Chevy Impala, the Bel-Aire,and the Biscain.

BEL AIR- produced from '53-'75, introduced in '53 as its own model. 210 and 150 were lower models, eventually became the impala in '58 and the biscayne in '59 which replaced the del ray. impala had diff. roofline, vent above rear window and triple tail lights. the biscayne was discontinued in '72.

In the earlier models the Impala was always a little fancier and had three lights on both sides for taillights, the belair always was like the mid-model and it only had two taillights on each side, and finally the biscain which was the basic model(nothing fancy) and they had two taillights on each side!

I assume you mean the tail fins from back in the day, since you did not state any year model. To me, the headlights were also distinctive.
