Small Village? Do you even know ANYTHING about the world other than your own Country? London is the capital of England, located in the South East, about 150 miles from the Sea (English Channel), and only a few hours away from France. And by the way, OP, why do you want to come to London? It's not all beautiful like it is in pictures on the net, not much different than any other American city I guess, the only "nice" part about it is the center of London, where you can find the Tower of London, The London Eye, Picadilly Circus, and a whole load of other crap. Other than that, it's just a boring old city.

hi minal good that u want to study abroad first thing is about the money and u dont get scholarship for Australia but UK (London)u can get one and even the cost of living is less and the education system is world recognized so it is a better option
Australia is OK the education is fine but u need lot of money as u are suppose to carry all your expenses more information can be collected from the site

Australia and London are very expensive. It's costing me AU$12,000 a year just to keep me alive. That's my living costs and rent. I have not even included the education fee for an international student. IT's mighty expensive here!!!! I am studying here and it's not cheap. The city is expensive... mortgage is increasing and you can't find a decent house even if yo spend 1 million bucks. the interest kills you alive.
The people are nice here and so on but it's just expensive. When i am done with uni, i'll be in debt.... for AU$100,000... silly full payment options... i can't even get hecs unless i am a PR.

The mayor of Australia died last month, freak accident involving a fish. London: it's the capital of England. Damned fine place, you'll love it. Move there if you get half a chance.
