I am in a well paid job but there are no prospects for advancing. I enjoy the work, the hours and the people but I am not sure what to do. Should I look for another job with more prospects or relax where I am?

it depends on your age.if you are below 45 look for better prospects job which inturn will give nice fortune at 50to 55. so dont relax.the whole world is before you. but if u r above 50
changing job will not give any good deal.

its basically a comfort level that u have got yourself into, get going man!!!!!!!! break the comfort level, look around and u will find that there are no dearth of opportunities. its just a matter of taking the pain to dive in the pool the rest follows ......................
