If a bunch of people report something as offensive to them, it seems to me that Yahoo deletes it whether it meets the guide lines or not...I think they are way understaffed for the hundreds of thousands of questions posted and so they just take their word for it without checking due to lack of time and manpower.
Also, a group I belong to has reported that occasionally an individual will anger some others and they will go through the questions and report that individuals questions AND answers just to harass and make them lose points...very petty but it happens.

Just my observations. Below are two yahoo groups of people who have the same opinion and viewpoint as you, you might want to check them out.

Dude they do it with liberal questions to. Every night it would appear some troll goes through my q/a and randomly reports what they feel like. However this has gotten much worse since I made level 5 I wake up to at least 5 violations a day for nothing and am getting really sick of it. I wish they told you who reported you then maybe people would not do it to freely

I don't think its yahoo that does it...its a group of small minded people who only think of themselves and how it affects them other then thinking on the basis of majority rules and free speech. It's more then likely the christian brigade rubbing there noses in matters that are not of their concern
