Buy some deodorant WITH anti-perspirant. A lot of deodorants just hide odor, and do nothing about perspiration. Check the labels carefully. Stronger brands include Right Guard Sport, Mitchum, and Arm & Hammer. Make sure after you put on the deodorant/anti-perspirant,that you allow about 5-10 minutes for it to dry, otherwise it will just come off on your clothes and not do much good. Even with a strong antiperspirant, you still may have armpit sweats--so don't be surprised. Sometimes your body reacts differently, even day to day. Fact of life.

Wear loose clothing up in there. Maybe use some talcum powder under the arms, or deodorant. Wear 2 or 3 layers on cold days that you can take off one at a time if you start getting hot.

It is at puberty that hormonal changes are being felt. I would advice you to use a deodorant. Take a bath daily & do not wear tight fitting shirts.
Change clothes when you perspire, specially after playing your favorite sport.

Relax, you are not alone, your hormones are waking up. It is the beginning of a confusing and often wonderful time.
Talk to your friends, they are going through the same changes.
If you are a boy, talk to Dad, a girl, talk to Mom.
They can and will help. You have nothing to be embarassed about. We have all been there.

Wear deodorant with antipersperant. Some people sweat more than others and nothing you can do about it. Don't wear tight shirts. Be a man and don't whine.

As well as wearing loose clothing try and wear clothing that breaths well if you can. Cotton or cotton blended with other things can help. Antipersperant and also talk to a parent about it they can help.

Don't worry...it happens to everyone...if you sweat more...it is a good sign that your system is working properly...when it ceases to sweat then ask again...at that time you will be in trouble...
