HELLO...
For starters im jelous, you can wear some amazing colours that compliment olive skin: Orange, Brown, White, this means that you can brighten up your wardrobe this winter. Leopard skin print is HUGE this season and will really look nice with your skin tone.
Because your short I would reckomend staying away from long skirts, long coats and macs. They will make you look like you have no legs.
As you probably know shorts are also HUGE this season. Invest in a nice pair of tailored shorts - Yes I know its now Winter and freezing outside, but you can wear some opaque tights with them (this look is FAB). Team this up with a pair of Knee length boots and a PLAIN top and your ready to go!!!
REMEMBER if your showing your legs keep it covered up top. If your showing your top half keep the bottom half covered.
Short dresses look really nice aswell. Team them up with a pair of skinny fit jeans and a pair of heels and your ready to go. All the celebs are loving this look at the mo.
Hope I was of some help... The main thing don't forget is to feel comftable in what your wearing. GOOD LUCK

Colors from the Autumn color palette ( see book called "Color Me Beautiful") for your olive complexion.
Keep that hour glass shape going by wearing jackets that nip in at the waist. For your height, your jacket hem should stop about halfway between your waist and your hipline or shorter.
Skirt hems should be mid-knee or just above or just below the knee. A-line skirts are best for you.
Keep prints in fabrics small in proportion to your height.
Wear fitted clothing. Nothing baggy and oversized. This would overpower your figure. Also nothing bulky.
Dresses should have a normal waistline to keep your look in proportion. Dress hem same as for skirts.
Pants no higher than your natural waistline. Find pants that fit and have the length altered, if necessary.
Look for Petite sizes.

Skirts and sweaters, slacks and sweaters, jackets or blouses. But be sure you get petite or the sleeves will be too long and the pants will need hemming. With an olive complexion you are fortunate to be able to wear bright, vibrant colors as well as white, cream, lilac, coral, etc. Go for a day and try on petite clothes and try on all colors. You will know what colors are best when you see them on you. One more tip, for short people, wearing all one color such as matching skirt and jacket, makes you look taller. Have fun.

Why don't you make an appointment with a personal shopper in a store such as Debenhams. They will be able to give you advice about what will suit your body shape and colouring, and they will work within your budget. Good luck.

I believe long skirts are excellent, you're protected up minus the restrictions of trousers.

I think short dresses, coz you show off more hip and legs, but really it doesn't matter both is going great
