I've found that the best way of overcoming any worries about the specific date of celebration is to have a birth week. That way you can accomodate all of your friends, whatever day they are working/away/at the gym and you also can celebrate with your family, which makes them happy and they give you money.

of course you are superstitious by the very nature of your question, look luck has nothing to do with it, it`s your birthday on that particular day and not before, but if for a good reason you can not celebrate on your birthday date do what you want after all its yours.

Never heard of this, many people celebrate their birthday at the weekend rather than during the week.

Blessings I agree with you, but also birthday are celebrated to thank God for life and appreciate Jesus kindness and love for all people, just this alone makes one want to be thankful for each year one see the sun light and God Creation, this makes me want to improve the quality of my life ,when you put yourself in God eyes you see His Grace by creating us He really did not have to create man , so the Bible tell us when God created Man and Women He said He was Pleased and He bless us all, so why not be happy to see another birthday .we see one thing about life, about how one person's whole existence can be reduced to a couple of years it's also easy to be merry with our love ones and friends and celebrate our birth since life is so short and tomorrow is not a promise.
