The angels were touching the lives of people who use to believe in God and then didn't. The angels were also helping people that needed help.

I used to love that program!
Touched was not used in the physical meaning, like 'I touched the seat with my leg'. It was used in the emotional sense of the word, like ' I was touched by that story, as in moved or effected emotionally.
So, the people who the angel had appeared to, had an effect on those people and their lives.

TBAA is about people who have either lost faith or didnt know God and the angels come into their lives and help them back on the right path or reunite them with God. It also taught how much God loves us and how much he cares enough to send those Angels to guide them back to him. Some of the epsiodes have been incredibly emotional in their meaning... they reach out to the veiwers as well as reaching out to their charges. I used to watch TBAA all the time and I didnt understand it at first but I started understanding it as I got older and I realized what message they were putting across.

Yes, I know the show. They are touching other peoples lives and sometimes they are touched by the people.

The angel stated the greater I made his flaming sword boost, the greater it meant i actually enjoyed God. I made it boost lots that it blessed me via capturing out jesus juice throughout my face.
