If you are at all overweight losing weight might help a bit as it is fatty tissue and make sure you stay properly hydrated as being dehydrated will make it look worse.
I don't think any of the creams and oils really work at all. There are also some very expensive cosmetic procedures you can have (one involves injecting some sort of polymer just below the skin which plumps it up - I think its called BYECELL), but I think you would have to be really very upset about it to try these.

I am so busy with my 5 kids (all under 8 years old!) and I hate exercising and dieting, life's too short! So I thought the only option for getting rid of my ugly cellulite was to book in with a set of weekly medical roller treatments. Job done.

However, they cost me a monstrous $3000 and, you guessed it, did absolutely nothing. I couldn't believe it. It left me thoroughly depressed.

I saw this info on the web and I gave it a go, what did I have to lose now! And, my god this is genius. Quick and easy. I feel so wonderful in my new, smooth, renewed figure! I am a yummy mummy now!

Cellulite Disappear?

Does anything work to permanently get rid of them? Without intrusive surgery, the answer is no. This is because the appearance of cellulite is due to the structure of the fat tissue under the skin. Unlike non-cellulite areas, the fat tissue under the skin where cellulite appears is made up of criss-crossed fibres. Where the fibres cross, bumps appear. Where and how much of this you have on your body is genetically predetermined, so no amount of cream, wrap or magic potions is going to permanently get rid of it.

But as with all fat tissue, a sensible calorie controlled diet, plenty of water and lots exercise can reduce its overall volume. As the volume of the cellulite fat tissue decreases, the bumps caused by its criss-cross structure becomes less obvious, and it is possible to reduce it so much that the cellulite is not visible. Even so, the cellulite fat tissue is still there - it's just not visible as orange peel bumpy cellulite.

Contrary to popular opinion there is no medical evidence on the market that increasing your water intake clears cellulite.

A healthy low fat diet can help.

The best thing you can do is body brush daily and intensively massage your body lotion in to the affected areas daily to drain the lymphatic system and clear excess fluids and fats from the area.

Unfortunately "cellulite" (a term made by modern beauty clinics to sell their products) happens to everyone. Models in mags are airbrushed to death, believe me I work in the industry, and they shave inches off them in magazines so please don't beat yourself up over it! Even in the movies they are airbrushed to perfection. Now over 95% of women suffer from cellulite and the 5% that aren't are more than likely to be teenagers. Every woman on the planet has it at some point in their lives, and the few lucky ones that don't have it probably wish they had your nose, or smile or teeth.

No
Cellulite is a fatty substructure that binds the skin to the inner body framework.
If you got rid of cellulite you skin would gatter around your feet !

The orange peel affect that is refered to ( incorrectly ) as cellutite is where there are fatty deposits between the cellulite layer and the skin.

Gently lose body mass and tone up so the skin stretches back gently is the only was to improve the way it looks.

Water, exercise and massaging moisturising cream into your skin (don't waste money on cellulite creams as it is the actual massaging that helps NOT the cream) help to prevent it.

Nothing can make it disappear permanently. Also a tan can reduce the appearance

Exercise and Atkins Diet!! Do lunges, squats and cycling. Try and do an aerobic activity like swimming, cycling or running a couple of times a week. Worked for me - lost fat, and toned my thighs - toned muscle pulls the fat (as long as there isn't too much of course) flat so no bulges. Atkins Diet not suitable for everyone but works for me and 4 years later I'm still low-carbing and feeling happier and healthier for it - checked cholesterol level recently and still at 4.5 - very low. Stay off sugar if nothing else!
