When I went to the website to found out how to send it to be repaired, I found out you had to have registered the purse with the serial number AND another number it came with. None of which I have ( think I tossed them). My beautiful Signature Dooney is going to fall apart if I can't get it repaired. It's my favorite so far out of about 10 D&B's! Does anyone know how I can get around this lack of me doing paperwork?
Also, if you pay $389.00 for a purse, don't you think it should last a while? I treat this Dooney better than any other also. I know it's not that much money, but it's enough to make me whine.

It is a quality purse and it'a gorgeous, it's worth it, just where it bends it's starting to fray a bit.

have you tried taking it to a d&b store? doesn't matter if you bought it at a department store. start off with being patient and polite and work your way up to a big stink. the hefty price should not only buy quality product, but quality service.

What you pay doesn't guarantee quality.
