I feel it is unfair to blame the Coach for the pathetic performance of the players. The job of the Coach is to guide the players, point out their shortcomings and give tips to improve upon such shortcomings and perform to his potential. It is upto the players
to sincerely try and improve their shortcomings and play each game with motivation and fighting spirit. You can take a horse to a pond or river to give water, but cannot make it to drink the water. The same logic applies as far as a Coach of the team is concerned.

Our players know that their match fee is guaranteed irrespective of their performance. I strongly feel that this system should be changed and the players should be paid based on their performance in each game irrespective he is junior or senior. Once a player knows that he has to earn his fee by putting up good performance, you can expect better performance from the players.

it must be a part of a masterplan which australian had made to distory indian team which was world no.2 before the arrival of greg chappel.
since jhone write was an new zelander so he gave his 100%t to indian team but greg is not as him self he is giving only 60 to 70 % of his ability that can aslo be a reson why he is so much under success in tournament
or there is only one reson or way left that is Mr coach is not that up to marlk as Kiran more had think off.
my frened one thing you should know untill unless the player don't play badly we should not blame any body
