I have two cactus plants growing on the side of my house that are rotted and I want to get rid of them completely due to the fact that it keeps growing and I just dont want them near the house. Does anyone know what herbicide can I use to kill and get rid of these cactus plants?

Anything will do if it is strong enough, in England we have a thing called roundup - It kills of the root so the plant cannot grow. I do not know its chemical name.

I think that any non-selective herbicide should kill just about any living plant. Non-selective herbicide can be found in any garden department at Wal-Mart, Home Depot, or Lowes.

Agree with True Brit. Round up. Then torch the cacti carcas with a butane torch or toss in a lighted match, so you don't have to deal with removing the sticky spines.
