By, sky, shy, fry, try, spy etc. Though 'y' is a consonant, it gives the sound of a vowel. The spelling of the word 'vovel' in your question should be corrected as 'vowel'.

(It's not strictly true that there is no vowel. A word must have a vowel sound in order to be a word. The letter Y serves as a vowel.)

Y is a vowel in my. There is no word in English without a vowel. It is not possible according to the rules of the language. All words are syllabic and we cannot have syllables in English without vowels.
Now there are some Slavic words that have no vowels.

While writing a word, it is possible to write a word without the vowel letter i.e. a, e, i, o, u. But, vowel is a sound. Without a vowel sound, it is not possible to form a word.
