I would first donate computer and then till them to buy the Operating system from my company.
From the excess money so derived I would see that more forest is made available to nature to save mankind. In the African area I will encourage people to grow more trees, build a dam, wells which are neede for irrigation purpose.
Just make sure that people do not die of hunger,thirst.
