i think our dreams are allied to our wishes, desires, and our drive at alertness some times we have to do what the others tell us not to do what we like them and it appears in our dream and this is reason that we feel they are real

I don't know if you have ever read a the different theories on dreams before. There has been a debate for a long time fighting over if dreams really have meaning to them. You cannot prove it, they are only theories. Don't take dreams so serious. Any website you find will probably have a bunch of crap in it. I major in psychology, so here are the valid theories. There is the wish fulfillment dream theory. It means you are dreaming for thing you want or "wish" for. There is the activation synthesis theory. The subcortical areas of the brain fire randomly and the cortex constructs a dream to make sense out of all the randomness (this theory kind of says that dreams don't mean anything). Another theorist said that dreams provide an opportunity to work through everyday problems. Remember, these are all theories. My opinion is that dreams don't really mean anything (though I wish they did). Dreams can only work with what is in your brain already. They are not really tell you anything you don't know already (even if you were to find meaning in them).

As you are asking this in psychology section, I have to answer that there is no scientific consensus about why we dream (and what dreams are). There are all kinds of theories, most common probably being that they have no meaning and are just random impulses in the brain. However there is lots of dream research emerging, and results vary. I would still say that we do not fully understand the purpose of sleep. http://www.sciam.com/askexpert_question.cfm?articleID=00072867-D925-1F0E-97AE80A84189EEDF is a good article about this matter, and it's based on scientific grounds. http://science.howstuffworks.com/dream.htm is also a nice comprehensive article about dreams in general.

However if you want a more esoteric explanation, then all you need to do is type "dreams" in google and pick your favorite. A nice, quite peaceful concept could be found from http://www.shirleymaclaine.com/articles/dreams/article-139 . I definitely don't agree on several aspects of that page, so if you can't handle critical reading, then don't open that link.

My personal opinion in dream related stuff is that no scientific theory yet covers all weird things I've experienced, so I just stick with "we don't yet know or understand" -phrase. I have my personal mental images and abstractions how I handle my nightly endeavors, but I don't want to generalize them or try to convince others to think like me. I just wish people would keep their minds open; maybe one day someone will figure answer to this question too. Definitely that person is not going to be someone who thinks that dreams are just random impulses and should not be paid any attention.

dream is a kind of reaction of our mind with everything around us! for example you are in love with someone and your dream will focus on him/her! You feel it real cause you really love him , and that's why you enjoy your dream!

in other examples are the same!
