After San Jacinto whatever happened to Santa Anna.I believe he went back to Mexico City but I can't find anything.Help pleases.

Santa Anna did go back to Mexico but ended his life in New York City. Did you know he also introduced chewing gum?

Santa Ana was the leader of Mexico. He was paroled by the U.S., and returned to Mexico where he lead the defense (such as it was), during the U.S. - Mexican war
