No, right now its bright sunshine. If You are asking for wether I live in an arid area with no or extremely rare rain or in humid area, with more or less balanced mixture of rain and sunshine, I can say, yes, it is raining where I am.
I live in Weggis, at the Lake of Lucern, in Switzerland (which is not to be confused with Sweden).
Switzerland is in central Europe, surrounded by Germany in the North, Liechtenstein and Austria in the East, Italy in the South and France in it's West.
Sweden belongs to Skandinavia, the most northern Part of Europe. Sweden's Neighbours are Norway in it's Northeast and Finlandia in its South-East.
The goecultural relation between Skandinavia and Middle Europe is a bit compareable to the one between Canada and the northern Half of the U.S.A.

nope it's 28 degrees about 40% humidity in South Guangdong about 100 miles from Hong Kong... it hasn't rained for weeks here now and it's getting a bit boring... need a bit of rain sometimes to clean the air a bit... last few weeks the temp has been inthe 30's everyday.

The rain has stopped now, but earlier we had heavy rainfall for an hour, with a three hour thunder storm. A typhoon is bearing down on Manila/Quezon, and affecting our weather in Cebu, Philippines.

Nope - it's one of those lovely bright autumn days here just west of London - but then it does seem to have been raining torrentially for the last three days so it's about time we got a break

Yes!. It has been raining lightly and briefly for 30 Min's but has stopped now. To look at my 4 and 9 year old, who have just walked in, you'd have thought it was monsoon weather back hear in Overcast Bolton.

I can't quite see, but it's pretty dark outside the hangar. If it's not raining, it's overcast.
