When me and my partner have sexual intercourse, it feels strange - it doesn't hurt, but it feels as though he is sort of touching and putting pressure somewhere just under my belly button. I have been feeling this since about 11 weeks.

I already have quite a big bump, and this is my second pregnancy, I never experienced anything similar with my first.

Is it normal? My scan was fine, and the doctor said everything is OK, but I'm worried intercourse may be damaging the baby, because of this strange pressure.

Thanks for your help in advance!!

I have been pregnant twice but only carried full term once, though i can say i never felt any pressure as such but it did feel different during intercourse from normal when not pregnant and i think its maybe because of hormonal releases and just a change in the body.. They say no two pregnancies are ever the same.

I know some men out there wish they could touch something that far away because them being big headed about size but there not going to be able too because your baby is to far to reach and plus he/she is protected around fluid, if your very small built you could just be feeling pressure from the event. But if you start to feel to strange talk with your doctor and see what he/she says. Good Luck.

Sounds like you are just giving the baby a little whitewashing. Is this the same partner you had your first with? Is his tool the same size or is he bigger? Maybe he is getting places no man has gone before.

it is quit obvious in this days. not to worry just use some gels or any lubricants for few times it will be normal automatically.
