sum1 is sending me mails whose id is on rediff.But i don't know that person's name.can anybody tell me how to find out the name of that person.That person's e-mail address is provided.How will i find out his/her name?

About the only way is to email them back and ask them...even then they might give a false name.

There's no way you can get then name. Some names are just alias.
It is recommended to report the email as SPAM.
-Open the email and click the SPAM button. The spam button is between Forward and Move buttons.

You can't find out their name for certain. They could have supplied any name when they set up the email account.

There are some mail information software but I don't remember it's name.

If you don't know who it is, just mark it off as spam or junk and move on with your cyber life.
