MARUTI has no full form. Infact it is the name of 'HANUMAN'. Thus MARUTI means POWER.

MARUTI means the god-HANUMAN.
when yhe owner was searching for a name he cud not find any.
after his failiure,he prayed 2 god & said- 'JAI MARUTI JI KI!'
he thought 2 keep dat name only!
it is true.
den sum people started making its fuull form for fun
